EXPERIENCE
Arturo Saffie concentrates his practice in Litigation, Arbitration and Antitrust Law.
He is a professor’s assistant in Civil Law, Procedural Law, and Commercial Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Previously, he was also a professor’s assistant in Constitutional Law, Roman Law, and Natural Law at the same university.
From 2020 to 2021, he served as Academic Advisor in Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile’s Law School.
He joined Claro & Cia. in 2023.
