Cristóbal Martínez focuses his practice on Litigation, Arbitration, Antitrust, and Economic Regulation.

He is an Assistant Professor of Private Law and Literature at Universidad de Chile.

Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor of Private Law and as a Teaching Assistant for courses in Economic Law, Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Private Law, and Introduction to Law at the same institution, as well as for Bankruptcy at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. He has participated in international conferences on antitrust and published articles in academic journals.

Cristóbal joined Claro & Cía. in April 2022.

Graduate in Legal and Social Sciences, University of Chile. Graduated with maximum distinction.

Academic Excellence Award, for having obtained the best grade average of his generation during the year 2020.
