EXPERIENCE
José Tomás Lira concentrates his practice in the areas of litigation, arbitration and commercial law.
He is a professor´s assistant in Commercial Law and Procedural Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
Previously, he was also a professor´s assistant in Philosophical Foundations of Law, Natural Law and Research Seminar in Economic and Constitutional Law at the same university.
He joined Claro y Cía. in 2024.
