EXPERIENCE
Juan Pablo Celis focuses on Litigation, Antitrust Law, Arbitration, and bankruptcy proceedings. He has represented clients in Chile and in other jurisdictions, in government enforcement proceedings and investigations related, among others, to merger control and cartels.
He is a Economic Law professor at the School of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Additionally, he was a research assistant at the Antitrust Center of the Universidad Católica.
He joined Claro & Cia. in 2012. Between 2017 and 2018 he worked as an International Visiting Attorney at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, New York, for their Government Enforcement and White Collar Crime practice group.
He is admitted to practice in Chile and he is member of the Chilean Bar Association.
