EXPERIENCE
Nicolás Luco focuses on the Civil and Commercial Litigation and Arbitration practice area, national and international, and has extensive experience in energy arbitrations and litigation before courts and other adjudication bodies.
He teaches Civil Procedure Law in the Catholic University of Chile and Professional Ethics in the same university. He has taught at other universities and constantly teaches at the Judicial Academy, where future judges are educated and current ones undertake advanced courses.
Mr. Luco has been consistently ranked in the top tiers in both Arbitration and Litigation in Chambers and Partners.
He joined Claro & Cia. in 1995, spent years 2000-2001 in Shearman & Sterling, New York, and became a partner of Claro & Cia. in 2005.
