EXPERIENCE
Pablo has focused his practice on litigation and arbitration. He has represented clients in domestic and international arbitrations, both ad-hoc and under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce and the CAM Santiago, and in challenges to arbitral awards. He has also acted as counsel in proceedings before Chilean courts, especially in administrative law matters. Finally, he has intervened in liquidation and reorganization proceedings before Chilean courts, both local and cross-border.
He joined Claro & Cia. in 2016. Between 2023 and 2024 he worked as an international lawyer in the New York office of Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton.
He was admitted as a lawyer in Chile in 2017.
