Rafael Mackay has focused his professional practice on Mergers and Acquisitions, Banking & Finance, Capital Markets and Corporate Law.

He has performed as an assistant professor of Civil Law and of the course “Corporate Leading Cases and their impact on Regulation”, both at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
