Ricardo is professor in Civil Law at the Diego Portales University and used to be professor’s assistant of Civil Law at the University of Chile, where he was also a professor’s assistant in Commercial Law, Introduction to Law, and Moral Philosophy. He also was professor’s assistant in Civil Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile and the Adolfo Ibáñez University.

He is the coach of the Diego Portales University’s team for the International Competition of Arbitration and Commercial Law and was one of the coaches of the University of Chile’s teams for The Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the International Competition of Arbitrationand Commercial Law.

He joined Claro & Cia. in 2016 as an attorney assistant and in 2021 as an associate, in the same year that he became a lawyer.
