We prepare submissions, filings and writs in public bids, concession applications and other administrative procedures, including private-public partnerships, accompanying our clients through every step of each process. Our public law team is also especially prepared to assist clients in acquiring, leasing, and obtaining the right to use, exploit and occupy State-owned and public use property and assets.

Our public law team has the experience and knowledge to assist clients in navigating through administrative investigations and inquiries, and defending them against the imposition of fines and other sanctions, both in administrative and judicial venue, working closely with our litigation team.

We also provide continuous advice to our clients regarding potential and enacted regulatory changes across different sectors, challenging such changes that may affect our clients’ interests before the relevant authorities, Congress and the Courts.
