Our firm has one of Chile’s most experienced practices focused on project finance and project development. We have a premier team representing clients in the development, construction, operation, acquisition, disposition, ownership and financing of energy-related and infrastructure projects.

We have represented clients in all sectors, including the construction, development and financing of power plants (thermal, hydro, wind and solar projects), transmission lines and sub-stations, toll-roads, hospitals and infrastructure, financing all types of greenfield or brownfield projects on a non-recourse project finance basis and assisting in the negotiation and drafting of the agreements required for the development of such projects, including EPC contracts, O&M agreements, transmission and interconnection contracts, supply agreements and power purchase agreements. Our firm has also participated in the most recent project bond financings in Chile.

We also have extensive experience in the public concessions of infrastructure field and have assisted a variety of clients during the required pre-qualification and public bidding processes (parking lots, ports, highways, hospitals, among others), in addition to other administrative and litigious matters. Our services in this field are comprehensive of all the requirements of our clients and especially, regarding its corporate organization, financing, environmental and tax matters. The wide range of such requirements are satisfied by our team with innovative solutions, and with a constant assistance to our clients, commencing in the preliminary stage of analysis, design and financing, and up to the full commercial operation of the respective projects.
