We are probably the only full-service law firm in Chile that has a leading dispute resolution practice. We specialize in complex commercial court litigation, domestic and international arbitration, and transnational litigation. We also have a white-collar crime practice.

We carefully select the disputes in which we want to become involved so that we only participate in a case when we can add value to it.  Very often lawyers from other firms recommend our involvement to their clients when a matter is too complex or requires multijurisdictional coordination.

Our litigation team works in close connection with the other practices of the firm, so that the advice to the client and the content of all writs and submissions in such sophisticated matters as those we tend to be involved with, benefit from the expertise and specialized knowledge of the firm as a whole.

In several opportunities, our firm has acted as leading counsel regarding transnational disputes, liaising with leading foreign firms and facilitating a centralized strategy, when necessary.
