The representation of our clients’ interests is done preventively, with the review, analysis and counsel in connection with any activity that could amount to a criminal offense, and with respect to individuals or companies against which a claim has been filed to pursue economic liability derived from the alleged commission of an offense and those who have been or could be injured by the commission of a crime.

Our firm defends clients’ interests within the realm of criminal law, both before the Prosecutor Office and at trial. Since the enactment of the law providing for criminal liability for legal entities for certain crimes in Chile, the advice provided by our firm also extends to the design and implementation of self-regulation and prevention mechanisms.
